Mayor Roumell led the Pledge of Allegiance. All elected officials were in attendance. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS:  None.  APPROVAL OF MINUTES:  CP Nunn moved to approve minutes as presented for March 27, 2023 Council Meeting and March 27, 2023 Executive Session; seconded by CP Colling.  All ayes – MOTION CARRIED.
