GLENROCK GOLF CLUB, INC
NEW CLUBHOUSE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
The Glenrock Golf Club, Inc (GGC) is requesting bids for construction of the New Clubhouse Project. There will be a mandatory pre-bid inspection at 933 W Grove St., Glenrock WY 82637 at 8:00AM MST on Monday September 2, 2024. Bids must be received by 5PM on Friday September 6, 2024 to be reviewed. Bids should be sent to GGC, PO Box 1391 Glenrock WY 82637 or dropped off at the clubhouse. Bids will be opened at 5PM on Friday September 6, 2024 by GGC board members and the winning bidder will be notified.
Attendance at the pre-bid inspection on Monday September 2, 2024 is required. Bids will not be accepted from bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid inspection. Information and a drawing of proposed layout can be obtained at that time. And any questions related to the scope of the project will be answered at that time.
The GGC reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive as an informality any irregularity contained in a proposal, and to accept the proposal that serves the best interest of the Glenrock Golf Club.
