All bids must be received no later than 12 p.m. on Thursday, June 20, 2024. Bid opening will be at the USDA Service Center, 911 S. Windriver Drive, Douglas, WY 82633, during the regularly scheduled CCCD board meeting on June 20, 2024. No late bids, faxed, e-mailed or telephone bids will be accepted. Bid proposal information, bid form, vehicle specifications and photos may be obtained by visiting www.conserveconverse.org or emailing michelle.huntington@wy.nacdnet.net. All bid proposals must be made on the bid proposal form supplied, and the bid proposal form must be fully completed when submited. Minimum bid requirement is five thousand dollars ($5,000.00).

The vehicle can be viewed at Converse County Conservation District between the hours of 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. by appointment only. Call (307) 624-3164 to schedule.
