Mayor Roumell called the council meeting to order at 5:30PM and led the Pledge of Allegiance. All elected officials were in attendance.  ADDITIONS/DELETIONS: None.  APPROVAL OF MINUTES:  CP Dalgarn moved to approve minutes for December 22, 2025 Council Meeting as presented; seconded by CP Nunn.  All ayes – MOTION CARRIED.  OLD BUSINESS:  None.
