PROCLAMATION
NOTICE OF AN ELECTION FOR DIRECTOR TO THE
MONKEY ROAD IMPROVEMENT AND SERVICE DISTRICT,
CONVERSE COUNTY, WYOMING, AND FOR SAID ELECTION TO BE HELD
ON MARCH 19,2024
The Special District Subsequent Director election will be held by mail ballot. Anyone desiring to vote in
person may do so at the residence of 72 N. Monkey Rd. between the hours of 11:00 am and 4:00 pm on
March 19, 2024. All qualified landowners or residents within the District shall receive a ballot and must
return the ballot in the provided envelope in the mail. The ballot must be returned by 4:00 pm on March
19, 2024 to Linda Helzer at 72 N. Monkey Rd, or can be mailed to the District at PO Box 1463, Glenrock,
WY 82637. Qualified registered voters will vote upon the selection of individuals to serve as a Director
for a four-year term ending in 2028. Any qualified resident within the district may file for the nomination
to the office of Director by completing and filing a nomination form between the dates of December 20,
2023 to January 8, 2024. Nomination forms may be obtained from Maurica Himes at 118 N. Monkey Rd.
Glenrock, WY 82637.
