NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR TAX DEED. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE FOLLOWING REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: That portion of Outlot 11, Subdivision A to the town of Glenrock, Converse County, Wyoming, described as:
Beg. At a point 40 ft. W of the NE corner of Outlot 11, on the N line thereof; thence W 131.97 ft along the N line of Outlot 11 to a point; thence S. 80 ft along a line parallel to the E line of Outlot 11 to a point; thence E 131.97 ft along a line parallel to the N line of Outlot 11 to a point 40 ft W of the E line of Outlot 11; thence N 80 ft along a line parallel to the E line of Outlot 11 to the point of beginning; This Assessor’s acct. no. 00032279 was sold to Carolyn Johnson on August 6, 2018 for taxes due Converse County for the tax year 2017, which Tax Sale Certificate of Purchase was assigned to Asset Holdings, Ltd. In July, 2022. That said real estate is taxed in the name of Hal O. Collier, 1379 Avenida De Aprisa, Camarillo CA 93010 that the time for redemption expired on August 6, 2022. However, those claiming an interest in the property may redeem it by paying the delinquent taxes until a tax deed is issued, which will be after March 20, 2023. The undersigned as owner of the Certificate of Purchase #8221 will apply to the County Treasurer of Converse County for a deed pursuant to law. There are no special assessments for local or public improvements.
