Notice is hereby given, pursuant to W.S. 39-13-108, that the following Real estate described as follows: BH & H TR., LOTS 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10: TRACT 12 was sold August 5, 2013 for taxes due Converse County for the year 2012; that at the time of sale said real estate was taxed in name of E.R. Russell; that the owner of Certificate of Purchase No. 7828 will apply to the County Treasurer of Converse County for a Deed to the described property on or after the County Treasurer; that unless said property is redeemed prior to such Acceptance, a tax deed for said property will be issued.
