Five more players needed by Aug. 4 to make all-Glenrock youth football team

Glenrock is close to being able to field a complete hometown team without using Casper players. The team must be complete no later than Aug. 4.
If anyone knows any Glenrock 1st and 2nd graders who want to play tackle football, they are urged to register on the Casper Jr. Football Facebook page for instructions.
As of July 31, there were 10 Glenrock youth signed up to play this season which is just weeks away. In order to field a safe and competitive all-Glenrock team, the roster needs to be at 12-15 players.
If enough players are not signed up to compete a complete a Glenrock team, the roster will have to mix Glenrock and Casper kids. That creates practice issues with travel.
So far, the practice schedule would be Monday through Thursday for the weeks of Aug. 14 and Aug. 21 from 5:15-6:15 p.m.
