YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Complaint for Forcible Entry and Detainer was filed by the above-named Plaintiff in the Circuit Court, Eighth Judicial District, Civil Action No. CV-2017-0069 on February 2nd, 2017.

The object of said suit is eviction and for the collection of monies due to the Plaintiff for past due rent and utilities The Plaintiff posted the required 3 day Notice on January 27th, 2017. Plaintiff attempted personal service and was unable to locate you. Plaintiff is entitled to a sum of $13,600 in past due rent, plus utilities. Plaintiff prays that judgment against the Defendants will be granted.

YOU ARE REQUIRED to file with the Clerk of Circuit Court, whose address is: PO Box 45, 107 N. 5th St., Douglas, WY 82633, an Answer to said Complaint on or before July 27th, 2017, failing which judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief claimed.
