REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

Design/Build – Glenrock Office Building

Converse County invites qualified Design/Build teams to submit proposals for qualifications to renovate a 3,120 sq. ft. commercial building into office space for multiple County departments. The Project generally consists of architectural design; interior and some exterior renovation; and inspection/upgrades to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire suppression systems. Proposal deadline is October 10, 2025, by no later than 3:00 p.m. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. The full RFQ document is available on the Converse County website at: https://www.conversecountywy.gov/Bids. Please note that this RFQ is a modification of the RFP published on Sept. 3 and 10, 2025. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on site, October 1, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Respondents are strongly encouraged to attend. The deadline for questions is no later than October 3, 2025 by 5:00 p.m. to the County Clerk, karen.rimmer@conversecountywy.gov. Evaluation will be based on experience, qualifications, project approach, schedule, and construction and design fees. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
