Earlier this afternoon, the Wyoming Department of Transportation announced U.S. 20-26, also known as the Old Glenrock Highway, was partially closed between Casper and Glenrock due to a three-car collision near Meadow Acres west of Glenrock, just beyond the Converse County border in Natrona County. One car reportedly rolled over.

Wyoming 511 reported the crash caused all lanes to be blocked on the roadway at milepost 177.

The vehicles involved in the crash were a Lexus SUV, a Ford F-250 pickup truck and a GMC SUV. The GMC was the vehicle which rolled over, according to Wyoming Highway Patrol Trooper Adame at the scene. Trooper Adame declined to provide his first name.

Adame said five people were involved in the crash and one person was taken by ambulance to the Wyoming Medical Center (WMC) in Casper. Another person involved in the crash is believed to have been taken to WMC as well, although Adame could not confirm that.

Names of the individuals involved were not released at this time.

Evansville Police Chief Mike Thompson, also at the scene of the accident, confirmed the details of the crash.

As of 8 p.m., WYDOT reported the roadway as open.
