Glenrock Shooting Range Fencing Project
Notice is hereby given, that the Town of Glenrock, Wyoming, will receive sealed bids until 10:00 AM, Local Time October 8th, 2025, for the Glenrock Shooting Range Fencing Project. Bids must be submitted at 219 South 3rd Street, PO Box 417, Glenrock, Wyoming 82637 at or before the above stated time. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at the above stated time and place. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for opening thereof. The Town of Glenrock, Wyoming, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding; provided, however, that any bid received after the time specified or without accompanying Bid Guaranty, as stated below, will not be considered.
The project generally consists of furnishing and installing approximately 2,410 linear feet of 6-foot-tall fencing with a cantilever gate sized for a 20-foot-wide opening.

A Bid Guaranty in the form of a properly executed Bid Bond payable to the Town in the amount of not less than 5% of the total base bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful Bidder will be required to execute an Agreement with the Town, in the form supplied in the Bidding Documents, within thirty (30) days after Notice of Award is issued. The Bid Guaranty shall be forfeited as liquidated damages if the Bidder fails to execute the Agreement within thirty (30) days after such Notice is issued, or fails to provide proper Bond or other form of Guaranty, as approved
A MANDATORY Pre Bid Conference will be held at 10:00AM, Local Time October 1st, 2025, in the Town Hall, in Glenrock, 219 South 3rd Street, Glenrock, Wyoming. A site tour may be held to review the Project following this conference. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is MANDATORY for Contractors who wish to be considered qualified and/or responsible.
